Pescoluse is the most attractive resort in Southern Italy, in the province of Lecce. This irresistible part of Puglia has been called the "Maldives of Salento" because of its 8-kilometer long beach. Its nickname is fully justified due to the turquoise waters and sparkling beautiful sands of the exotic latitudes. As the sun sets, the tide covers the vast beach and only the tops of the dunes remain above the water, resembling scattered sand islands. On the watermelons, the natural vegetation of acacia and water lily has been preserved. Besides its natural beauty, Pescoluse impresses with its original church from 2004 - "Giovanni XXIII".
