St. Stephen's Green Park is located in the center of Dublin city, near the main street Grafton. It was opened on July 27, 1880. The park's architect was William Shepard. The park has a rectangular shape, surrounded by streets that form the main arteries of the city. This is Dublin's most famous Victorian park. Parkot is home to many songbirds, because an artificial lake has been built. In "St. Stephen's Green" there is a section for people with impaired mobility, as well as children's playgrounds and kindergartens. In the summer months, musical concerts are held in the park.
