Ксанти, Грција
The municipal city gallery was built in the middle of the 19th century in a style typical of this region. It is a perfect example of Western Macedonian architecture with wood carving on the ceiling, typical only of the Xanthi area. It is ideally located in the center of the city and belongs to the municipality since 1993. On the first two floors, visitors can view works by local painters, and sometimes there are guest exhibitions. By visiting the gallery, you can get a glimpse of the typical art from the Xanthi area.
