Михас

Mijas is a city in Southwest Spain, it is said that it was founded in prehistoric times, traces from that time still help to see the city. In 1417, it successfully defended itself against the attacks of the Catholic monks during the siege of Malaga. Throughout the years, Mijas remained loyal to the Spanish Crown and the king changed the status of Mijas to a city, meaning that they did not pay taxes to the crown.
