Крајбрежјето на Гигантите

Тенерифе, Шпанија

Huge rocks located on the northwest coast of the island of Tenerife, north of the village of Acantilados de los Higantes, or in translation "The Giant Rocks".

The highest part of the Giants is between 500 and 800 meters and is considered to have been formed about 20 million years ago, when the island itself began to form. Due to the character of the relief, the villages that are located nearby are located in a foot shape at a high altitude. A characteristic feature of this local architecture is the foot-shaped hotels, where each floor represents a separate foot. In the past about Los Gigantes, writers such as Homer and Virgil claimed that Tenerife was the end of the world. The view from Los Gigantes will undoubtedly make you understand why!
