The Royal Palace in Stockholm is the official residence and main royal palace of the Swedish monarch. The palace is located in the old part of the city. The construction of the building began in the 13th century. The palace consists of 1400 rooms, 660 of which have windows.

 

The palace has many apartments that are reserved for close people of the Charles family. The palace building is used for presentation purposes. The offices of the royal court were located in the palace. A complete reconstruction of the building began in 2011, which cost 77 million dollars.
