Катедралата "Св. Канис"

Ирска

It is the second largest cathedral in Ireland, after St. Patrick' in Dubli, which dates back to the Middle Ages. The first monastery was built in the same place in the 6th century. The building, which can be observed at the moment, was built from the 13th to the 16th century, with a sizeable reconstruction in the 19th century.

In front of it rises a 30-meter tower, one of only two in Ireland, which people can climb and from which there are incredible views of the city. This symbol of Gothic architecture is used for national ceremonies and residences.
