Kalofer is a small guard located at the foot of the Botev peak - the so-called national horse gate from the "Central Balkan" park. Undoubtedly, the most visited tourist object is the birthplace of the revolutionary Hristo Botev. Here you can also visit the school where his father taught, and learn about the teaching methods used during the Renaissance. Kalofer is an outdoor point for climbing the Botev peak, and along the way you can also visit the highest waterfall in Bulgaria - Paradise Fountain.
