Kazba Udaya is located on the banks of the Bou Regreg River in Rabat. It was built in the period of the Almoravids, but was destroyed by the Almohids. In the 12th century, Yaqub el-Mansur decided to rebuild it and decided to add a mosque. Many people call Udaya a city within a city, because in addition to a mosque and a living population, you can see: the famous "blue" street, a museum, an old prison, as well as a botanical garden.
