Казанлак, Бугарија
The cemetery in Kazanlak is located in the Tulbeto park, in the center of the city of Kazanlak. The Thracian tomb, which dates back to the 4th-3rd century BC, today has a special storage regime. A 1:1 replica has been made in close proximity to it, showing the architecture, archaeological materials and wall paintings, making it one of the most significant monuments of Thracian culture on Bulgarian territory. The object was included in the list of world and cultural heritage of UNESCO in 1979. It was discovered in 1944, by accident. The tomb is an exceptional monument from the early Hellenistic era.
