Lake Chamo is located in southern Ethiopia within the boundaries of the Nechisar National Park. It is one of the three lakes in the Rift Valley and is known for its rich biodiversity and unique ecosystems. The lake’s waters support a variety of fish species, including some endemic to the area, as well as populations of crocodiles and hippopotamuses.
