Jozani Forest

Jozani Forest is the only national park on Unguja Island, Zanzibar, covering an area of about 50 sq. km. It is famous for the rare red colobus monkeys found only here, as well as its rich biodiversity of birds, butterflies, and unique plant species. The park also includes mangrove forests, which can be explored along special wooden walkways.
